Return Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Opened health and personal care items

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first at support@wam4life.com.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@wam4life.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
